Description
We take farm-grown red jalapeños and smoke a portion of them over pecan wood before fermenting the whole batch with garlic and onion. The result is a sauce that is simultaneously bright and smoky, with a slow-building medium heat. Excellent on grilled meats, burritos, and roasted vegetables.
Heat: Medium | Size: 10 oz.
Ingredients: Fresh Red Jalapeños, Pecan-Wood Smoked Red Jalapeños, Garlic, Onion, Vinegar, Water, Salt.

The Chipotle sauce has been wonderful and has a great blend of smoke, spice, salt, and slight acidity. To my palate it is spicy, but not over the top. I am not an expert on food but besides the usual ways you would use a chili sauce I have found that this sauce is actually nice with cheese, for me, Bree and some avocado. In general the chipotle sauce has been nice in many ways.
For a bit of extra info, I found the Always Something Farm at a farmer’s market in Murphy California. I originally purchased a small “Mild Garlic Chili” (which as I write does not seem to be available) on a whim. When I got home and started using it I thought it was really good. Now my gauge on really good is kind of off how fast I went through it, which was fast! So later I ordered another (larger) bottle of the “Mild Garlic Chili” and also a “Medium Chipotle”. So I got to the Chipotle sauce with the introduction of the Mild Garlic Chili sauce. Both have been great for me.
I am writing this now as I just ordered a bunch more. (a couple for myself and more for gifts. I even ventured to try the Chili Verde and Habanero!)
