Our most complex sauce. Seven varieties of farm-grown peppers — Fresno, Serrano, Hatch Chile, Jalapeño, Sweet Marconi, Cherry Peppers — fermented together, then finished with two kinds of garlic from the field: elephant and music. The result is a medium heat sauce with layers of flavor that hold up on everything from eggs to tacos to grilled meats.
