Description
We grew up on sriracha like everyone else — so we made our own. This one starts with red jalapeño and Serrano for the base, adds Chimayo for earthiness, and gets a kick from Scorpion pepper grown right here on the farm. Fermented with onion and garlic, the result is hotter and more layered than anything from a squeeze bottle. Excellent on noodles, sandwiches, and anywhere you want serious flavor with real heat.
